My personalized nutrition counseling includes an initial assessment of your medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, body composition, laboratory findings, and your readiness for change. Together, we will design goals and create a customized action plan that will focus on building healthier habits. During follow-up sessions, we will set attainable goals for you to work on, check in on your progress, adjust goals as needed, and ensure you have the tools and knowledge necessary to become a healthier you.

Pay per session

Initial consultation – 60-90 minutes

Includes a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, body composition measurements, lab testing (if needed), current medication and supplements, and overall health status. You will come out of the session with the right tools, skills, and guidance to help you reach your specific health goals.

Follow-up sessions – 45 minutes

  • Develop tools and knowledge necessary to become a healthier you
  • Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for you to work on, overcome plateaus, check in on your progress, and adjust goals as needed
  • Focus on learning label reading, restaurant selections, shopping tips, and recipes to meet your goals
