As a Registered Dietitian having been through my own 65-pound weight loss journey, I am passionate about helping individuals create a sustainable healthy lifestyle as they reach their specific health-related goals. I believe in eating delicious food without sacrificing your health.
My physical results since working with Jackie have been amazing! I lost over 50 pounds since joining MWLA and I have reached the lowest weight Iâve been in years.
