    “I’ll start tomorrow.”  We’ve all said i “I’ll start tomorrow.” 

We’ve all said it before. We’ve all given ourselves 1,000,000 reasons to start our weight loss journey tomorrow, Monday, or even after summer. 

➡️Maybe there’s an event coming up with your favorite foods. 
➡️Maybe there’s a vacation you have planned that’s going to throw off your workout routine. 
➡️Maybe you’re busy at work and the kids take up all your time so “now’s not a good time.”

Here’s the thing. There is NEVER a better time to start than RIGHT NOW.

Summer is the ONE time of year where you can actively practice everything you need to do in REAL LIFE in order to reach your weight loss goals. It’s a busy time and with lots of social gatherings and a time where it gets hard to hide behind your clothes. It’s the PERFECT time to implement everything you’ll need to be successful in reaching your goal weight.

If you’re headed to a BBQ or a special gathering this weekend and need a SIMPLE, last-minute, light snack or dessert to bring along, save this QUICK and easy 2️⃣ ingredient
Greek yogurt bark!🎉

This colorful and healthy dessert is loved by kids AND adults! It’s the perfect recipe made with fresh berries 🍓 and hearty Greek yogurt for a refreshing and light summer snack or dessert.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

-2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt (plan or low sugar vanilla flavor)
-⅓ cups strawberries, sliced
-½ cup blueberries
-optional toppings: slivered almonds, unsweetened coconut, chocolate chips

RECIPE:

1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Spread yogurt mixture evenly, about ¼ inch thick, onto prepared baking sheet in a rectangular shape. If using plain yogurt, add a little maple syrup and vanilla extract for sweetness. Scatter the strawberries and blueberries on top. 
3. Place in freezer for about 2-4 hour or until the yogurt is firm. Cut or beak into 16-20 pieces and serve. Enjoy!

I’m very open about my struggles with weight loss and disordered eating. My journey has been a rollercoaster from being diagnosed as obese, and pre-diabetic with NAFLD so I had to lose weight (and then didn’t know how to stop) which led to me developing an ED, struggling to conceive, being diagnosed with PCOS and then FINALLY finding balance within myself and my body. 🙏🏻⁣

To say it was easy would be a lie. ⁣
To say it happened overnight would be a lie. ⁣
⁣
Although our journeys may look different, the one thing we have in common is we strive for the same end result. Weight loss journeys can look like many things, but in the end, figuring out how to have a healthy relationship with food and learning to love your body is the end goal and the most important. ⁣

YOU GUYS😭 I am SO excited to share this recipe with you. It is an absolute staple in my house and I literally cannot wait for you to try it. ⁣
⁣
If you avoid muffins or similar baked goods on your weight loss journey, you’re going to absolutely love these low cal, low-sugar, gluten-free muffins!⁣
⁣
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:⁣
⁣
-2 bananas⁣
-2 eggs⁣
-1 cup greek yogurt ⁣
-2 cups rolled oats⁣
-¼ cup honey (or maple syrup)⁣
-1 ½ tsp baking powder⁣
-½ tsp baking soda⁣
⁣
RECIPE:⁣
⁣
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.⁣
2. In blender, add all ingredients and blend until batter is smooth and creamy.⁣
3. Pour batter into prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity to the top. Optional:⁣
Sprinkle in chocolate chips or other fruit if desired. ⁣
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tops of muffins are golden brown and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before removing. Enjoy!⁣

Serves 12. For 1 serving: 120 calories, 3g fat, 8g sugar, 4g protein⁣

Memories. 
Memories that I’ll cherish forever. 

In the past, going on vacation meant vigorously exercising for two weeks before, excessive and restrictive dieting, and feeling stressed every time I passed a mirror. Being on vacation meant feeling guilty for falling off my diet, running 6 miles at the hotel gym before the pool, and trying to hide my body. 

I was tired of hiding. I was tired of feeling guilty for enjoying my time. I was tired of restricting, starving, and depriving myself. 

Most of all, I was tired of missing out on memories because my mind was somewhere else–always trying to lose weight. 

Learning to love my body, listen to my body and learn to make mindful choices is what helped me lose 65 lbs, keep it off AND finally enjoy my LIFE.✨

I hear you guys telling me all the time how hard it can be to eat healthy in the mornings because of your hectic schedules (and rushing after kids). This one’s for all my busy ladies and mamas who are looking for a healthy and quick breakfast that can be prepped ahead of time and is ALSO weight loss friendly! ⁣
⁣
I absolutely love this recipe because one batch makes 9-12 servings, it’s low in sugar and tastes just as good on the last day as it did the first 🤩⁣
⁣
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED⬇️⁣
⁣
-2 bananas⁣
-2 eggs⁣
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk⁣
-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup⁣
-2 ½ cups rolled oats⁣
-1 tsp baking powder⁣
-Blueberries (or whatever fruit you want)⁣
⁣
RECIPE⬇️⁣
⁣
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.⁣
2. In large bowl, mash bananas and eggs together. Add in almond milk, honey, rolled oats, baking powder and combine. Fold in blueberries.⁣
3. Add oat mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with extra blueberries and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into 9-12. Enjoy!⁣

Serves 9-12. For 1 serving: 150 calories, 3g fat, 7g sugar, 5g protein⁣
