My physical results since working with Jackie have been amazing! I lost over 50 pounds since joining MWLA and I have reached the lowest weight I’ve been in years. My success with Jackie and MWLA has been amazing! I have lost 50+lbs in 6 months, my blood work has improved, I’m overall feeling more confident, I went from a size 16 to a 10, and I definitely feel like I’m standing taller.

I can’t sing enough praises about how glad I am that I enrolled in MWLA. Working with Jackie is the absolute best! I’ve learned so much about myself, nutrition, and what works for my body. I’ve had big scale and non-scale victories and I can’t believe I’m even more proud of the non-scale victories!

Numbers wise my accomplishments: I lost 6% body fat, 20 lbs and over 11 inches in my waist, bust and hips! But my biggest accomplishment has been finding my satisfaction cues and leaving food on my plate. I’m not perfect at it, and I know there is no such thing as perfect, but I’m consistent and that is HUGE for me. It’s been so long since I’ve felt stuffed and sick after eating!

I’m not craving sweets after dinner and I don’t need as much food as I thought I did when I learned how to listen to my satisfaction cues. I’ve also gotten better at not letting other people’s comments about my body get to me. Without MWLA, I would never have been able to break the chain of diet culture in my family.

I cannot stress enough how incredible Jackie is as a coach. She’s supportive as heck but also doesn’t sugarcoat things. She’s your #1 cheerleader but will also tell you how it is. She knows what she’s talking about and is a fountain of knowledge. I’m SO glad that I took the plunge and decided to join MWLA and work with Jackie. In just four months, I have grown and learned more than I could have imagined. I am filled with excitement as I continue on this path, confidently moving towards my health and weight loss goals.



I’m so happy about how I look and feel about my body again! Within 6 weeks, I’m already down 15 pounds and comfortably fitting into dresses that had been too tight for me. I no longer suffer from that afternoon crash/fatigue or have that bloated unhealthy feeling. I have more energy which allows me to exercise more and be more present with my kids. I just realized I think it’s been a year since we started working together and I just want to say thank you for all your help and the ways you changed my life! In a year, I have healed so much, found so much happiness, and learned true balance! For the first time in my life, I’ve kept my weight off, and now know that my relationship with food and my wellness journey isn’t a sprint, it is instead a practice that I can continue to refine each day if I want! Before, I felt so trapped, thinking that it was too late for me to change or I needed to push myself to the brink of exhaustion in order to feel like I’ve done everything “correctly”, but working with you has reminded me that each day is a new day where i can try to do something positive for my health, whether that be refine my nutrition, go for a walk, or even sometimes have some of the real Baskin Robbins ice cream in a mindful portion or take a rest day because my body and mind need a break! I’m so glad I joined MWLA! I’ve lost 12 pounds so far and not planning to stop any time soon. It’s definitely a work in progress to be a mindful eater, but it’s something I know I can do for life, unlike diets I’ve tried. I’m so grateful for Jackie and MWLA! I successfully lost about 27 lbs and am kinder to myself. Jackie has taught me that I am not what I weigh or what I eat. Life is beautiful regardless of what the damn scale says. I don’t have to ace my “diet” and eat perfectly; that’s a lot of pressure off someone who struggles with perfectionism. I finally learned that I don’t have to starve myself to experience success in losing and keeping off weight.

Wow, I can’t even begin to express how much I’ve accomplished in just 4 months with MWLA. Get ready for my laundry list of achievements, because it’s a long one!

First off, I’ve lost over 15 pounds and managed to shed 5% of body fat. My fitness goals have been met too, and I’ve made strength training and stretching a priority, which I never did before. To top it off, I’ve started attending pilates and yoga classes at a studio, hitting them 4 to 5 times a week!

I fit so much better into ALL my clothes and I got rid of those too-skinny outfits I don’t ever want to wear again. And let me tell you, I’m feeling more confident in my body than ever, especially in my 50s!

But here’s the best part: I’ve broken up with my scale. Instead, I focus on non-scale victories (NSV) as my progress markers. Before weighing myself, I try on clothes and celebrate the recent NSVs. It helps me shift my focus away from that arbitrary number.

Hunger doesn’t scare me anymore. I’m always in tune with my hunger and fullness cues. And the all-or-nothing mindset? Gone. I’ve learned to mindfully eat and introduced a 20-minute speed bump to reconnect with my internal cues. No more mindless desserts or mindless seconds after dinner.

My meals are balanced, packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber. I’ve become a pro at reading nutrition labels, paying attention to MORE than just calories. Cooking nutritious meals for my family has become a norm.

Eating out is a breeze now. I confidently make healthy swaps at restaurants (goodbye, boring salads!). And when I hit the road or head to work, I bring along healthy snacks and pre-packed balanced lunches.

Oh, and sleep? I’m finally getting those restful nights I’ve been chasing for years! It’s a game-changer!
